LinkedIn experiments with short-form video feed similar to TikTok

LinkedIn is expanding its features yet again, this time with the addition of short-form videos. Following in the footsteps of popular platforms such as TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook and Instagram Reels, LinkedIn users will soon be able to scroll through quick videos on the site. The feature is still in the early stages of development, with most users not yet having access to it. The videos will be housed in a new Video tab at the top of the navigation bar, where users can like, comment on, and share the content.

This new addition comes after LinkedIn previously allowed users to post “fun and casual” ephemeral videos, but discontinued the Stories feature in August 2021.
