Step 1: Enable Creator Mode on your linkedin profile
Go to your LinkedIn profile, scroll to the Resources section below your intro card, and click Creator mode: Off. Toggle it on and select 3-5 topic hashtags that represent your content focus. Creator Mode is required to access the LinkedIn Newsletter feature.
Step 2: Navigate to Newsletter creation
From your LinkedIn homepage, click Write an article in the post composer at the top of your feed. In the article editor, click the Manage drop-down at the top right and select Create a newsletter.

Add a link to your newsletter in your LinkedIn profile Featured section, your email signature, and any other profiles you maintain. Mention it in relevant comments when the topic comes up organically.
